Nottingham
The town of Robin Hood!
I visited a friend in Nottingham during my inter-semester break. I was there for a week and went around the town and took a tour of the Castle and got pictures of the Robin Hood statue and heard tales of his adventures and his time.
A number of places around the Castle are apparently haunted and I head snippets of those stories.
During the last couple days I was there, it snowed like it had never snowed before! It was the time when London came to a standstill due to the snow. Crazy amounts of snow! I almost couldn't get back to St Andrews because the trains were delayed when I had to leave.
